Tanja Tötzer is Senior Expert Advisor at the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH and thematic coordinator of the “Climate Resilient Urban Pathways” group at the Center for Energy. She has many years of experience in the field of sustainable, energy-efficient and climate-resilient development of cities and regions as well as in participatory planning processes. Her current projects focus on the energy transition in energy-intensive industrial and tourism regions as well as on climate modelling and the impact of nature-based solutions to combat climate change in cities.
